Dave Worlund
Dave Worlund is a Huntsville native. After graduating from Lee High school, he received a bachelor of science degree in accounting from the University of North Alabama in Florence, AL. Dave has worked in the accounting field for over 30 years. He has held positions in public accounting, as well as several other industries in the private sector. Dave has over 20 years of experience as a real estate investor and has been involved in hundreds of real estate transactions including raw land, residential, multi-family, commercial, retail and industrial. Dave has been married for 30 years and has four children.
Loren Stegen
Loren grew up in Minnesota. He moved to Florida where he met his best friend and wife of 25 years and has 2 children. Loren and his family moved to Huntsville in 1998. After 10 years in restaurant management, Loren moved on to facilities and construction project management, building several buildings in the Huntsville area. He began real estate investing in 2002 and has done rentals, rehabs, flips and countless transactions. Loren enjoys hiking, camping, traveling and spending time with his family.
